Refund policy

30 days. Send it back chewed.

If Lapwell isn't right for your dog, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a refund.

It doesn't have to be unused. He's a dog — he used it, and that was the point of the test. Licked, frozen, or chewed on a corner: all fine.

No processing fee. No restocking fee.

How to return

1. Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send it back. Return shipping is paid by you.
4. When your return arrives, we'll refund the full price of the product to your original payment method. How long it takes to show depends on your bank.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

If anything arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and you won't pay to send anything back.
